After getting a good recommendation from a pest control friend, I decided to buy the Saferest mattress encasements and box spring.Based on my experience, I can share the following: 1- QUALITY: The quality is actually impressive. I washed them before putting them on my bed and they didn't' shrink or change a bit. I actually felt that the cotton terry on the top got even softer after the wash. This encasement is made of a stretchy fabric material, not the paper-thin material that most other encasements are made of. This is a very high quality encasement and I am very pleased with this purchase. Also, the zipper goes around 2 sides of the box spring, which made it very easy to put on by myself. The sales person recommended me this brand over other brands that they carry because he said that this one had a micro zipper and a closing feature that prevented the zipper to accidentally open.
