We were careful not to pull on the bag itself while we lifted and moved the mattress, and so far it has held up great. The zipper is the feature that makes this bag worth the extra money. We are using it for storage, and if we had gone with cheaper bags we would have had to tape them closed, making them one-time use only. I worry about the mattress I used with this, that is sitting in the garage. The bag is not that durable. If you are planning on moving or storing a mattress for longterm, and/or expect transport or storage area to be rough, I would personally want something thicker and stronger.This would be fine for very short term storage, or indoor storage, single use light-to-rough transport. |
